Studio Hire

New London Performing Arts Centre has a variety of rooms and professional studios for hire at very competitive rates. NLPAC is conveniently situated for the use of public transport and is a short walk away from Muswell Hill Broadway with many shops, cafes and resturants. The spaces provided are used for various occasions such as dance, drama and music rehearsals, auditions, castings and fitness classes. Our spaces are currently used by North London Conservatoire, Karen Smith Pilates Studio, ABRSM Examinations, Trinity College Examinations, JCW Fitness, Elizabeth Harris School of Dance and many more. 

We offer discounted and low hire rates to support the growth of business for instructors and arts organisations.

General availability is Monday to Friday before 4pm. Some evenings are available upon request.

Located on the first floor, this room is perfect for Tap classes, fitness classes or for drama and singing.

We have a number of smaller classrooms music rooms and offices for hire, either on a long term basis or ad hoc. Please contact the office to make a viewing arrangement and discuss your requirements.
